THE PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTATION

Each stage of implementation is characterized by the presence of mandatory steps and a package of generated documents, for the beginning and the end of each phase. As a result, the project becomes manageable and transparent for the company, which carries out the implementation.

Project preparation
Project Charter (general description of expected results, management structures, risks, responsible persons for performance of works)

Conceptual design
A conceptual project (a detailed document which describes what exactly will the Customer receive on the basis of the implementation. It includes detailed descriptions for each functional direction).

Implementation
The work was done to set up the system (the landscape was built, adjustment works were done, the functional and integration testing models were described.)

Final preparation
System testing (functional and integration); the roles of personnel are formed; training materials for working with the system have been prepared; training of key users was conducted.

Productive start
There was a start in a productive version of the system; the adjustment of the received results was conducted. Users started working in the current system.
